Nicholas Fowler is a trained facilitator and value management practitioner. He has delivered consultancy and training to a wide range of organisations including businesses, local authorities, government agencies and universities.


After graduating from the London School of Economics Nicholas initially worked in the City. He then trained in the construction sector and moved into performance improvement. This covered supply chain management, lean implementation and collaborative working. During this time Nicholas was seconded to Construction Best Practice and studied supply chain management at Harvard Business School.


Nicholas has held positions on a wide range of industry bodies. These include chair of the Kent Curriculum Centre, Chair of the South East PCC 2000 User Group, member of the Strategic Forum working Group into Supply Chain integration and the Kent Construction Task Group. Currently Nicholas is Chair of North Kent Construction Skills and sits on the Cross Industry Construction Apprenticeship Task Grop. He also sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Supply Chain Management and is an external advisor to the Anglia Ruskin University.
